By seeing patients in their own environment, we can tailor exercises to the actual furniture, stairs, and daily obstacles within the patient’s home. This leads to faster recovery and better safety where it matters most—in the home. • Benefit: You do not need to be home-bound to receive our care. This “mobile outpatient” care allows us to expand services in the Iron County area, for those limited by transportation, mobility, or adverse weather conditions. • Quality: You receive the same one-on-one specialized attention you would get in our Crystal Falls outpatient clinic. • This is "Outpatient" Care (Medicare Part B) While we are treating in the home, this service is classified as Outpatient Physical Therapy. This is different from "Home Health" (Part A), which is reserved for patients who are strictly home- bound and often require a nurse or social worker. • Important: The "Home Health" Rule If a patient is currently receiving services from a Home Health Agency (such as a visiting nurse or a different therapy group under a "Home Health" plan), Medicare will not allow us to see the patient at the same time.
