A B O U T
Jill Sundell is a lifelong resident of Crystal Falls, MI. She has several years
of experience working in a healthcare office setting. She considers
herself a "people-person." She is very excited to be a part of the
Xperience team. Outside of work, she loves to be outside anytime she
can and enjoys spending time with family.
Nicki Price, the founder of Xperience Physical Therapy, is a physical therapist
with over 16 years of clinical experience. She graduated from Grand Valley
State University in 2005 with a Master's degree in Physical Therapy. While she
started her career in East Lansing, MI, she has spent most of her career in Iron
County. Her specialties include, but are not limited to, the treatment of
headaches; neck and lower back pain; orthopedic conditions; vestibular and
balance impairments; sports therapy; and concussion management. Outside of
work, she enjoys spending time with her family in the great outdoors. She loves
camping, skiing, biking, swimming and watching her kids play sports.
Jessie Surface is a Physical Therapist Assistant with over 10 years of clinical
experience. She graduated from Finlandia University in 2010. She has
experience treating orthopedic conditions, headaches, lower back pain,
working with the geriatric population, and performing IASTM. Outside of
work she enjoys spending time with her family and doing anything outdoors.
She loves to be active including, running, taking walks, and skiing.
Ketti Bayles is our Billing Specialist. Ketti was born and raised in Crystal Falls.
She graduated from Grand Valley State University with a Bachelor of Business
Administration degree in 2006. Ketti worked as a biller for a physical therapy
company in Marquette for 9 years before returning to Crystal Falls with her
husband and two children. She enjoys outdoor activities with her family and
teaches basket weaving at a local youth camp every summer.
Jess Lesandrini was born and raised in the U.P. and has over 7 years of
clinical experience. She graduated from Finlandia University in 2011 with
an Associates degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Her previous
employment has included hospital settings and has treated patients in
Outpatient, Inpatient, and Home Health environments. This has allowed
her to gain knowledge with a diverse patient population and diagnoses
such as: Total Joint Replacements, balance and general strengthening, and
a variety of orthopedic conditions. In her spare time, she enjoys spending
time with her Husband (Dave) and two children. They love getting outside
and enjoying various water (swimming, tubing, and boating) and winter
activities (skiing/snowboarding, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, and
sledding) and spending time with family.
Kristin Stacy is a physical therapist assistant with 2 years of clinical experience.
She graduated from Finlandia University in 2021. Kristin has experience
treating total joint replacements, orthopedic and neurological conditions,
sports injuries, as well as geriatric and pediatric patients. Outside of work, she
enjoys running, photography, and spending time on her boat.
Selena Fushimi-Karns is a physical therapist with 4 years of clinical
experience. She graduated from Wheeling University in 2019 with a Doctor
of Physical Therapy degree. She has clinical experience in the Inpatient,
Outpatient and Skilled Nursing settings which has allowed her to treat a
variety of diagnoses and patient populations ranging from infant to geriatric.
Selena has experience treating vestibular and balance impairments, total
joint replacements, lower back and neck pain, sports related injuries,
concussions, and orthopedic and neurological conditions. She is also certified
in Dry Needling. In her spare time she enjoys reading, hiking, traveling,
spending time with family and playing with her dog.
